This scheme in Ruddington needed to deliver a high quality souble Double garage to compliment the existing large victorian detached house. I also introduced a link wall with the house to create a private courtyard at the rear.

As this new 3 bedroom house occupies a small site in the rear garden of a corner house in Radcliff-on-trent. The design had to respect the existing house while presenting a street elevation of a large enough scale to compliment the neighbouring houses

A previous flat roofed rear extension had ruined the looks of the corner cottage of in Granby. The addition of the two pitched roofs with traditional eaves bricks detailing allows the cottage to regain it's character.

This modern house in Radcliff-on-trent had a small kitchen and dinning room. The brief was to create a large kitchen/dining room. This was achieved by removing the separating wall and rear house wall and extending out. The addition of a large corner window makes the most of the links with the garden.

This narrow semi-detached house in West Bridgford was transformed internally by extending to the side and rear to create a large livingroom and kitchen area with seperate play room to the rear, natural light was maximised by using rooflights and floor to ceiling glazing.

The existing conservatery on this old cottage in Bradmore was cold in the winter and hot in the summer, therefore not Fulfilling it's purpose as a dining area. The new extension now houses the kitchen, freeing up the existing kitchen for dining.

This small stone built Manx cottage set in a conservation area had a tiny kitchen and outbuilding at the rear. Linking the two with a large glazed screen and new roof has maximized the internal space and bought more natural light into the lounge via a new internal glazed door.

The new extension doubles the size of this house in Ruddington creating a large house more appropriate for the plot size and nature of the road.

The brief for this project was to replace the existing sun lounge with a large kitchenn and living room and a master bedroom suite above. The exsiting small kitchen became a play room, by continuing the design detailing and matching the brickwork and roof tiles, it appears as a large house rather than a house with an extension.

The new extension matches the exsiting frontage whilst creating a large kitchen, dining area, lounge, and master bedroom suite. The way the materials and design effortlessly matches the existing house Belies the complexity of this project.

The modern offices have been created within an existing indivual workshop. The vaulted central corridor lit by glass block detailing around the office doors. The new staircase links adjacent office floors more closely.

The corner glazing and sliding folding doors to this extension makes the most of views out to the garden whilst creating a large kitchen and dining space linked to the new patio.

The clutter of Pipes and windows have been swept away to create a light and airy kitchen dining space with views to the garden. The rear of the house is dramatically improved.

The existing dark narrow kitchen on this semi-detached house in West Bridgford has been transformed by this extension bringing natural light and links to the garden to the new hub of the house.

The existing three storey victorian house in West Bridgford was large but, lacking in ground floor living space. This extension adds light and airy space adjacent the existing kitchen whilst also linking to the existing dining room.
